Alumni Email

You can access your alumni TC Gmail by navigating to the TC Gmail Login page and entering your UNI and password on the TC Single Sign-On authentication page.

Spring Class of 2026 (May 2026) and Earlier

Alumni who graduated in Spring Class of 2026 or earlier will retain access to their student @tc.columbia.edu email address until December 31, 2027.

• If you would like to create a TC alumni email account, you can now sign up for the @alum.tc.columbia.edu Google account, which includes Gmail and Google Calendar. The account will use the format UNI@alum.tc.columbia.edu. To log in, alumni will use the same TC Single Sign-On (UNI) credentials used as students, which also grant access to other post-graduation services.
• If you do not wish to sign up for an alumni email address, please begin migrating or forwarding emails from your current TC address to a new account of your choosing.

Class of 2027 and Beyond

Graduates will retain access to their student @tc.columbia.edu Google accounts for 12 months following their graduation date. Starting on your graduation date, 

• If you would like to create a TC alumni email account, you can sign up for the @alum.tc.columbia.edu Google account, which includes Gmail and Google Calendar. The account will use the format UNI@alum.tc.columbia.edu. To log in, alumni will use the same TC Single Sign-On (UNI) credentials used as students, which also grant access to other post-graduation services.
• If you do not wish to sign up for an alumni email address, please begin migrating or forwarding emails from your current TC address to a new account of your choosing.

Please note: Alumni who are employed by or continue their studies at Teachers College will retain access to their @tc.columbia.edu account, and are also eligible to register for an @alum.tc.columbia.edu account effective today.
