Current research projects:
I am currently working on two research projects. One is looking at the differences between written and spoken story retelling in healthy older adults. The second is a treatment study that aims to improve the written and spoken discourse of people with mild aphasia. Prior to returning to school to obtain a doctoral degree, I worked as a speech language pathologist with adults with acquired neurogenic disorders in a variety of healthcare settings.
