The College met its goal to increase enrollment of new degree students by 100 this fall, according to preliminary reports.
John Fisher, executive director for student recruitment, admission and financial aid, said that this does not necessarily reflect the view that "bigger is better."
"Each department is working on a five-year plan which will decide how big the department and its programs should be," Fisher said.
