Gene Maeroff, Director of the Hechinger Institute on Education and the Media, hosts a panel discussion by contributors to his recent book, Imaging Education: The Media and Schools in America. Panelists included Richard Moll, a former admissions director at several colleges; John Leonard, literary editor and media critic; Dorothy Strickland, a Rutgers University professor; and Leonard Stevens, a consultant on school desegregation policies. The discussion took place on April 23 at the Media Studies Center and with support from the Freedom Forum.
