TC's Web site is growing. Everyday, centers, programs, departments, offices and student groups are adding, changing and redesigning their sites to improve the TC experience. It just may help you professionally. Under the directorship of Professor James Westaby, the AWE Web site features interactive registration and an extensive survey. www.tc.columbia.edu/workexcellence Anthropology The new Anthropology program site is an easy to navigate, robust site, full of information helpful to prospective and current students. www.tc.columbia.edu/academic/anthro American Sign Language as a Foreign Language This new program site contains a program description, program options, faculty information, a course of study, career paths, funding opportunities and more. www.tc.columbia.edu/academic/asl Center for Children and Families A major redesign has made the work and research of the Center for Children and Families accessible to the public. http://ccf.tc.columbia.edu Computing and Information Resources This site has undergone a major revision and updating. Find out when you can take workshops on programs you want to learn about, check to make sure the computer lab is open when you need it, see what software is available to use at TC, and much more. www.tc.columbia.edu/computing International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution (ICCCR) Locate the information you need quickly at the newly redesigned ICCCR site. It's updated frequently and keeps getting better. www.tc.columbia.edu/icccr Lesson Study Project Professor Clea Fernandez's exciting work with the Japanese method of lesson study can be explored at this new site. www.tc.columbia.edu/centers/lessonstudy Mathematics, Science & Technology The department site gives a nice overview of the department. It provides bios of its faculty, office hours and contact information, program links and department information. www.tc.columbia.edu/academic/mst National Commission on Teaching and America's Future (NCTAF) NCTAF has redesigned their site, and it's wonderful resource for school's involved with the commission as well as the general public. www.nctaf.org News Bureau Lots of changes in the News bureau: see video of major events at the college, read full transcripts of the Sachs lectures, get in-depth reporting on the topics covered in TC Reports, follow the money in the Annual Report and keep up with the Capital Campaign in its newsletters. Download their newsletters, find out how to participate and more. www.tc.columbia.edu/centers/pds Registrar This new site contains all of the information that a student needs to know about registering for classes, getting transcripts, official forms and much more. www.tc.columbia.edu/registrar Superintendents Work Conference (SWC) Expanded, updated, revised and more. The SWC site now includes a historic photo timeline, photo albums of past events and of course detailed information about the latest conference. http://conference.tc.columbia.edu TC Press This newly designed site puts Teachers College Press' entire catalog press online, and in your hands, if you bring your credit card. www.teacherscollegepress.com
