New Academy for Research on Traumatic Stress at TC

Philip Saigh, Professor of Psychology and Education, recently announced the formation of the Academy for Research on Traumatic Stress at TC.

Philip Saigh, Professor of Psychology and Education, recently announced the formation of the Academy for Research on Traumatic Stress at TC. Saigh founded the Academy to promote the exchange of scientific information involving the effects of exposure to traumatic stress on children, adolescents, and adults. The organization focuses on data-based research involving the epidemiology, etiology, psychological and biological assessment, prevention, and treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder. It seeks to accomplish its mission through scientific presentations at scheduled meetings, scholarly interactions, and other activities.
