The ICCCR delivers two courses for the Summer Principals Academy (SPA) at TC

Instructors affiliated with the ICCCR offered two courses to Summer Principals Academy participants.
Instructors affiliated with the ICCCR offered two courses to Summer Principals Academy participants: Practicum in Conflict Resolution (for the 2010 cohort) and Team Building and Organizational Behavior (for the 2009 cohort.)  SPA provides outstanding teachers with a rich 2 summer curriculum designed to develop self-awareness and leadership and management skills and culminating in a Masters Degree.  Both the Conflict Resolution and Team Building courses are extremely well-received by participants.  Second year students report that they applied the awareness, knowledge and skills from the Conflict Resolution course to great advantage during the preceding school year.
