Teachers College emeritus professor Jack Mezirow, a former international community development consultant whose paradigm-changing theory of adult learning was partly inspired by watching his wife return to graduate school in middle age, died in September at age 91. We will be celebrating Jack and his legacy on October 24 at 7:30 p.m. in the Joyce B. Cowin Center. In addition to the speakers, attendees will have the opportunity to share their sentiments during the program. We also welcome you to share your thoughts with the online community here. In Jack's honor, we will also feature a special panel discussion at Academic Festival 2015 to pay tribute to his lasting impact on Transformative Learning. More details to follow.
