Announcing the Aphasia Rehabilitation and Bilingualism Lab!
Dr. Edmonds will be establishing the Aphasia Rehabilitation and Bilingualism Lab.
We are so fortunate to have Dr. Lisa Edmonds join our faculty in September 2014! Dr. Edmonds will be establishing the Aphasia Rehabilitation and Bilingualism Lab where students will have opportunities with research related to the development and implementation of clinical research of aphasia (assessment, diagnostics and treatment), including bilingual aphasia, computer-interfaced assessment and treatment, and teletherapy. Additionally students will have opportunities to do more basic research with eyetracking and priming protocols to examine semantic processing and other basic cognitive-linguistic functions with a long term goal toward translation to clinical research and practice.
