Stories from the Field: Erick Gordon saw a goat standing on a cow, and the rest, as detailed on NPR's Radio Lab, was family history
Erick Gordon, Senior Research Fellow at TC's Center for the Professional Education of Teachers, was driving along when his wife spotted a goat standing on a cow's back. They pulled over and found a trail of letters, dated from the 1890's to the 1960s, lying alongside the highway. How that helped Gordon develop his unique style of teaching is the focus of an oft-aired story on NPR's Radio Lab.
