Education Week Blog: TC Survey of Opt-Out Movement Shows Opposition to Test-Based Teacher Evaluations

 

Education Week’s “Politics K-12 blog” reports that a new survey of those involved in the assessment opt-out movement, conducted by TC’s Oren Pizmony-Levy and Nancy Green Saraisky, “finds that typical participants are white, well educated and well off, and very worried about the use of standardized test scores in teacher evaluations."
