Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
The College’s EAP provides a wealth of resources including clinical emotional health, wellness, and work and life benefits for you and your covered dependents. HealthAdvocate has made available a recorded webinar on the emotional impact of coronavirus and provides recommendations on how to handle anxiety and fears. This webinar can be accessed at any time.
Back-Up Care for Children and Adults:
Brights Horizons Back-up Care provides backup child and adult care for your family members when regular arrangements are unavailable, whether you’re planning ahead or something unexpected arises. Full-time benefits-eligible employees may use up to 120 hours per employee per year (September 1 through August 31) of all back-up care services combined.
