Dear Members of the TC Community,
We are looking forward to seeing you all on campus next week! As previously communicated, please complete this checklist to prevent any delay or disruption to your campus access. Here, also, are a few reminders and updates to help ease us back into campus life:
Daily Health Screening
Help us keep in-person activities safe. If you experience symptoms of COVID-19 and/or test positive at any point during the semester, do NOT come to campus. Instead, report your situation by completing the Daily Health Screening. A member of TC’s Environmental Health and Safety Team will then contact you to explain next steps.
Events and Visitors
In-person events may resume on February 14. Follow the guidelines in the 2021-2022 events policy, if you wish to plan an event. We also look forward to welcoming visitors back to campus starting February 7. Read our visitor guidelines, including an updated vaccine requirement for children five and over.
Dining
Normal hours of operation for the Grace Dodge Dining Hall and Everett Cafe will resume on January 31. Remember to wear your mask in dining areas except when you are actively eating or drinking, and maintain a safe distance from others.
Town Hall
Have questions about the Spring semester? Bring them to our next community Town Hall on February 1 at 1:00 p.m. Keep an eye on your email inbox for the registration link coming soon.
COVID-19 Dashboard
We are pleased to share the new COVID-19 dashboard. We will update the dashboard weekly to share the latest data on positive cases with the community.
Though this year did not begin the way we imagined, we are grateful for your understanding as we navigated the recent surge of COVID-19. Now that positive cases in New York City are swiftly declining, we are confident that we can do our part to slow the spread of the virus and keep campus safe for the remainder of the semester. We can’t wait to see you all in-person again!
Sincerely,
Lisa Seales
