Dear Members of the TC Community,

I am delighted to announce that Teachers College will host our Convocation ceremonies for 2022 graduates in person this May. Further, I am enormously pleased that we will also have the opportunity to recognize our 2020 and 2021 graduates at in-person ceremonies. The ceremonies are scheduled as follows:

2020-21 Graduates: Sunday, May 22, 2022
2022 Graduates: Monday, May 23, 2022

I am also excited to share the new venue for our Convocations. All ceremonies will be held in Louis Armstrong Stadium at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, Queens. Louis Armstrong Stadium, built in 2018, is a state-of-the-art facility, selected for its exceptional air ventilation, guest accommodations and additional seating capacity. 

The COVID pandemic has visited much hardship, fear, uncertainty and loss upon us all, especially our students and recent graduates. As we acknowledge that this moment is bittersweet and hard-won, let us revel in the fact that we will reunite as a community on this joyous occasion.
