Every Voice Choirs

It is the mission of Every Voice Choirs to promote the musical and personal growth of youth by empowering them to discover and share their voices with confidence and pride. EVC offers three choral programs for children at Teachers College: Kids Choir (ages 7-10), Youth Choir (ages 10-14); and Concert Choir (by audition, ages 10-16). Rehearsals are led by Dr. Nicole Becker with Voice Specialist Dr. Jeanne Goffi-Fynn and graduate students in Choral Pedagogy. The choirs perform two major concerts per year at New York City venues as well as smaller community concerts. Recent performances include Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden, and Merkin Concert Hall. Everyone is invited - there is no audition for Kids Choir & Youth Choir.
