Nursing Faculty Exit Interview

You can complete the Nursing Faculty Loan exit interview online at the website for Heartland ECSI, our billing service for the Nursing Faculty loan. Their website is heartland.ecsi.net. You must register at their website, if you have not done so already, by clicking on the link “Register and create new profile”. Once registered, please follow the subsequent steps:

1. https://heartland.ecsi.net
2. click on the link “documents”
3. click “exit interviews”

There you will be able to complete the exit interview online. Keep in mind that the exit interview is not considered complete unless it is e-signed by you. If you need assistance with the online process, please contact Heartland ECSI at (888) 549-3274.
