These resources provide guides and instruments for students to collect and analyze school lunch data in a real-world setting, their school cafeteria. When using them, students can develop and conduct experiments, apply skills they have learned in math, and advocate for positive change to reduce food waste and increase the amount of nutritious food eaten at school lunch.
