ABSTRACT GUIDELINES/ CHECKLIST:__A 500 word abstract on page # 1 of your e-mail attachment, describing your proposal to present a 30 minute or 45 minute paper, or 90 minute panel, or poster — without names, in order to facilitate a blind review;  __Your abstract should show how your proposed paper/panel/poster addresses health disparities, health equity and social justice, and/or the conference theme;__On page # 2 of your e-mail attachment indicate your name, title, affiliation, address, telephone, and e-mail address, as well as the name, title, and affiliation of each of your co-presenters; and, __Finally, indicate whether you will present in person (i.e. required for posters) or have obstacles to being present in person that necessitate your using Skype to participate. Graduate students and early career professionals are especially encouraged to participate in the conference. This conference is designed to meet your needs!

CONFERENCE ABSTRACT REVIEW, REGISTRATION, AND SUBMISSION TIMELINE:

You will be notified by January 26, 2015 of the results of the review of abstracts. If your proposal is accepted, then you must register for the conference by February 6, 2015 [student $100; professional $125; community member/CBO/NGO $20; Continuing Education Credit for CHES or MCHES $25). Note: Special 50% Discounts Available for Groups of 7 or more (e.g. professor and students, CBO or NGO groups, members of student organizations, etc…)].You must submit any PowerPoints for your presentation by March 1, 2015.
