We are halfway through the 2023-2024 annual performance review cycle for professional staff. The midyear review presents an opportunity to discuss achievements and progress toward goals, recalibrate goals based on team changes or departmental priorities, and provide valuable feedback. If you haven’t done so, this is an excellent time to move forward and schedule these essential conversations. Please note that midyear reviews should be completed by Friday, March 29, 2024.
