As we continue our commitment to foster a workplace where all voices are valued, I am excited to announce the launch of the 2024 Our Voice, TC Employee survey which is being administered by McLean & Company. You will receive an email directly from survey@mcleanco.com inviting you to participate later today. The survey will be open until April 10, 2024.
As a third-party provider, McLean & Company maintains the confidentiality of responses and objectivity of the process, and only shares the survey's aggregate results with Teachers College. No one at the College will have access to your individual responses.
The insights gathered from this survey will enable us to better understand your perspectives and experiences at TC. We are committed to fostering an environment where you can thrive personally and professionally.

Here's what you need to know about the survey:
- Duration: The survey typically takes 15-20 minutes to complete. Managers and supervisors should allow employees to participate for at least 30 minutes during regular working hours.
- Importance: Your candid feedback will help us assess various aspects of our organizational environment, including culture, inclusion, leadership, total compensation and working environment.
- Participation: All full-time, part-time professional staff and union members will receive an email directly from survey@mcleanco.com inviting you to participate in the survey. Each survey link is unique, so please DO NOT forward or share the link with others. If an employee did not receive the email, he/she should contact hr@tc.columbia.edu.
- Administration: The survey is mobile-ready. You can take the survey on your laptop, desktop computer or mobile device, ensuring flexibility in providing input.
- Accessibility: McLean & Company provides mobile-friendly and screen-reader compatibilities.
