Meet Our Past IRB Leaders
Kailee Kodama Muscente (she/her)
Former Researcher Compliance Manager

Kailee is an alum of the Counseling Psychology program. She originally started working with TC IRB while earning her masters in Counseling Psychology, as research compliance and ethics intersected with supporting her research populations of interest. She served as Research Compliance Coordinator from 2019-2022 and Interim Research Compliance Manager in 2023. As she pursued further development in research compliance, she found that human subjects protections align with research which values prioritizing the rights and well-being of research participants. She is currently a doctoral student in the Counseling/Clinical Psychology program at New York University and a clinical extern at Mount Sinai Morningside CARE.

Diana Bae (she/her)
Former Research Compliance Assistant

Diana Bae was a Research Compliance Assistant from 2022 to 2024 while pursuing her masters in Social-Organizational Psychology . Driven to learn and create connections, she joined the TC IRB team to enhance her knowledge of research compliance and ethics and assist fellow students in understanding the IRB process. She is a graduate of the Social-Organizational Psychology masters program and now serves as an IRB Specialist at the Columbia University Medical Center.
Sabrina Huang (she/her)
Former Research Compliance Assistant

Sabrina Huang served as a Research Compliance Assistant from 2022-2024. As a student researcher, she joined TC IRB to learn more about research compliance and ethics. She helped students navigate the IRB process. She is a graduate of the International Educational Development program.
