August 15, 2025 - 2024-2025 Columbia Plan begins

*Students that are graduating in May 2025 and are on the 2024-2025 Columbia Plan will have coverage until 8/14/25 at 11:59 PM ET.

September 30, 2025 - Last day to voluntarily enroll/petition to waive the Columbia Plan for 2025-2026 year
