Prospective Employers
You have the unique opportunity to contribute to the learning process of a graduate student at Teachers College Columbia University who is specializing in the field of Instructional Technology and Media.
The Interns are instructed by their coordinator who designs a seminar that supports the learning process which includes academic work assigned to the intern to reflect on their experience with you.
How it Works
The interns are paid through tuition points at Teachers College and are given a stipend, based on the number credits the intern enrolls in. The reimbursement paid by the Employers covers tuition and administrative costs, which is $1,572.00 per credit (AY 17-18). Each credit is equivalent to 5 hours per week. On average, interns sign up for 2 to 3 credits per semester.
The internship process is a win-win situation for both the intern and the employer; before payment is rendered there will be sufficient time to decide if the intern is a good match.
