Welcome to the Policy Library
Welcome to the Teachers College, Columbia University Policy and Procedure Library! The library has been moved to PolicyTech, TC's new policy management system. The library has been updated and redesigned to enable all users to easily locate policies governing Teachers College. The policies and procedures contained in the library seek to enhance the mission of Teachers College, while simultaneously supporting compliance with applicable regulations, and encouraging best practices. Students, employees, third-party vendors and visitors are responsible for adhering to all Teachers College policies and procedures detailed in the Policy and Procedure Library.
How To Navigate the Platform
Finding Policies
Policies are grouped by the "responsible department." To access specific policies in PolicyTech, click on Documents in the left navigation pane, then click on Browse. Click on the folder for the responsible department, the policy and/or procedure documents will appear in the window pane on the right. Click on the document title to open the document.
Users may also find policies by title or search terms in PolicyTech.
Some policies may require Teachers College credentials to be accessed.
Questions
Questions about Teachers College policies should be referred to the appropriate office(s) as listed in the applicable policy.
