Tuition Information
Tuition at the Rita Gold Early Childhood Center is based upon your child's enrollment schedule. For Teachers College affiliates, full-time enrollment in the program for the 2024-2025 school year is $24,721 and $28,350 for Columbia University affiliates. For the 2025-2026 school year the full-time TC enrollment rate is $25,463 and $29,483 for CU affiliates. For a more detailed accounting of the tuition schedule please click the link below. Tuition increases each September to provide for increased expenses.
If we are able to extend you an enrollment offer, a program deposit, is required to secure the spot for the child. This deposit is nonrefundable if the child does not actually enroll. The Rita Gold Early Childhood Center offers a sibling discount of 15% for the second child’s tuition if siblings are enrolled at the same time.
At the moment The Rita Gold Early Childhood Center does not offer any financial aid. We strive to have a diverse community that is reflective of the College and New York City. For this reason, we are currently working on providing financial aid assistance to families which we hope will be available in the near future.
Schedule
Our regular childcare hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:45am-5pm, and Fridays 8:45am-1pm. Families can enroll their child for a full day or half a day, a minimum of 3 days a week. A half day schedule is 8:45am-1pm. Most families also enroll their child during our summer program in June and July.
- Children are enrolled a minimum of 3 mornings.
- Part-time enrollment is based on availability in the classroom and is at the discretion of the on-site director and classroom teachers.
