Are you interested in learning more about your students’ motivation and their academic decision-making? We love working with administrators or teachers to understand their students’ motivation and think about how to support it, using open- and closed-ended surveys.

Our lab works with educators and administrators to design and test interventions that promote students’ motivation in a variety of academic settings, especially those related to the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

We have experience implementing professional development for schools around supporting students’ motivation, which we can customize to your school/classroom/district’s unique needs.
