Dear Colleagues:
We invite you to attend a community staff gathering on Wednesday, March 26, on how to navigate in our current environment and how to get involved in efforts to advocate for higher education and federally funded research. Our priority is to support TC’s community during these challenging and uncertain times with guidance and compassion.
Hosted by the Offices of the Vice President for Administration and the Vice President for Diversity and Community Affairs in conjunction with TC Cabinet members, we will provide a general overview of key issues affecting our community at this time. General information will be shared about how external financial decisions can impact our budgets and research, along with the state of legal challenges and compliance in higher education.
We will discuss ways that we can continue to work in the community to ensure that TC is an institution where everyone feels welcomed and treated equitably, as well as ways to focus on wellness and practice self-care.
The program will also include an overview of TC Take Action and opportunities for community members to engage in the democratic process and share their voices with their elected representatives.
In order to ensure that we can maximize our time together, please share any questions or concerns you may have in the registration form below.
Please note: These sessions will only be offered in person for TC ID holders, and no recordings or guests are permitted.
