Located at 514 and 512 W 122nd Street respectively, Grant and Sarasota Halls are six-story buildings with four apartments on each floor. The street side apartments have an entry foyer, living room, bedroom, eat-in kitchen, and bathroom. Court-yard-side apartments have a long hallway with the bedroom, eat-in kitchen, bathroom, and living room opening into the hallway.

New Residence Hall

New Residence Hall is located at 517 W 121st St. The modern building opened in September 2004 and contains 252 units, all with private bathrooms. Most units have shared common kitchens distributed throughout the building.
New Res has central heating and cooling that is limited to providing only one at a time. NYC buildings are required to provide heat from October through May. During these months the system will only blow warm air once the College switches from cooling to heating. Cooling is typically only available from June through September. When possible, the College will start cooling in mid/late May.

Whittier Hall is located at 1230 Amsterdam Avenue (at the corner of 120th Street). There are several different types of housing accommodations offered in the building. All assignments offer a private bedroom. Room sizes vary in all accommodation types.
